In case Find My Real Estate incurs any such incidental direct or indirect costs on behalf of its Clients whilst providing the service that needs to settled or will be deducted from the retainer.

  • 100% retainer fees will be refunded (assuming no other incidental costs incurred) if Client is ineligible to get finance based on early assessment of the bank or finance/mortgage broker right after the engagement.  

  • During the service period Retainer Fee is non-refundable in following circumstances:

    • Client simply changes his/her mind or

    • Change in client's financial circumstances or 

    • Disengage our services for whatever reason outside agreed terms or

    • Does not go ahead to exchange a property for whatsoever reason in-spite of reasonable attempt(s) are made to find a closest match as per contractual/mutual agreement.

    • Client is unable to settle regardless of whose fault it is once the contract is unconditional

    • Home buyers purchasing their principal place of residence (PPR)

    • Change in market conditions that causes delays in acquisition of the right property

We reserve rights to change or alter the guarantee/disclaimers without any prior notice. Clients already contractually bound to conditions outlined in the Buyers' Agreement will still apply as per the Agreement.
